Commercial lots are paved around the people who use them. The work is planned so the building stays open, deliveries still get in, and the finished lot drains properly and holds up to daily traffic.
Planning the work
Before paving starts, we agree on the phasing, the access points that stay open and the timing with the property owner or manager. Areas are closed, paved and reopened in sequence.
Built to carry traffic
Parking areas, drive aisles and truck routes carry different loads. The base and asphalt thickness are set for what each area actually carries, and the grade is set so water reaches the catch basins.
