Paving them well means working around the building, keeping doors and loading bays usable, and building the surface for the weight it will actually carry.
Built for heavy traffic
Heavier traffic needs a thicker base and asphalt designed for the load. We assess the existing base, repair soft areas, and set the grade so water runs to the drains rather than along the building face.
Working in tight spaces
Narrow laneways are paved with equipment sized for the space, and the compaction is done right up to the walls and edges, where poorly rolled asphalt fails first.
